- Our team is aware of some issues around syncing between Neto and Amazon and Catch marketplaces, we are investigating.
- Our team have identified the issue and the platform currently works through a large backlog of jobs which will be completed in a few hours. We will update again when this has completed.
- Our team have confirmed the backlog of jobs has cleared and the system is operating normally.
- Our team have monitored this overnight, the platform has continued to operate normally.
