- Our team are investigating potential latency issues due to an API outage at AWS (our cloud provider). The issue is not currently affecting customers but we will keep you advised as we learn more.
- Neto Engineers are closely monitoring the platform while our upstream provider resolves their incident. We'll continue to update as the issue is resolved, or further updates come to us.
- Our upstream provider has confirmed the issue has now been resolved, and as such Neto Engineering are closing this incident.
