The outage impacting our upstream provider has mostly been resolved, however we are still experiencing delays with receiving emails sent to us during the outage. Our engineers are continuing to monitor the situation.

Our downstream provider for Live chat and the support hub are currently experiencing an outage. We're monitoring the situation closely but until this is resolved, access to Neto Support Hub and support cases will be impacted, phone support is still available.
