- Neto engineers are investigating reports of Neto Stores being down. We'll continue to update as we investigate.
- We've identified the root cause of this outage, which has been caused due to a service disruption by AWS. We're continuing to work on mitigating this issue and will update again as soon as we know more.
- We're continuing to work on a resolution for this outage.
- The AWS service disruption appears to have been mostly resolved. Our team is currently working to restore all of our services. Services like control panel log in will soon be operational.
- All Neto services are beginning to return to normal. We are now monitoring the integrity of the platform to ensure that there are no further interruptions.
- Neto engineers have identified that SFTP access is currently unavailable. We'll update again as this is resolved. All other services are continuing to return to normal.
- Neto engineers have identified that batch processing is currently unavailable. We're working to resolve this issue. SFTP access is returning to normal, as are all other Neto services. We thank you for your patience as we work to resolve these services.
- Neto engineers have rectified the issue with Batch Processing. All services have now returned to normal, and we'll continue to monitor the platform and update as required.
- Neto engineers have been monitoring the situation and determined that the Platform is now operating as expected.
