- Our team are currently investigating an issue with our LiveChat support and it appearing offline. We will update with more information once we have it. Our phone support and support hub is unaffected.
- LiveChat is back online, our team will continue to monitor it for the afternoon.
- Our team are continuing to see issues with our LiveChat support channel. No other Neto Support channels have been affected. This appears to be due to an issue with our upstream provider and our team are monitoring the situation and will provide further updates when they become available.
- Our upstream chat provider have resolved the issue.
