Resolved
- There have been some reports of Catch orders not downloading for some merchants. We're currently investigating and will provide an update shortly.
- We're continuing to investigate this intermittent issue.
- This incident has been updated to include Amazon orders as well as Catch. We are still investigating this issue and will update as more information becomes available.
- This issue is now classified as a Partial Service Disruption. We are continuing to investigate the problem.
- We are continuing to work with our upstream provider to resolve this issue. Capacity has been increased upstream to try and improve performance and resolve the sync issue we are seeing on some orders. We are monitoring closely with the provider.
- We have identified the cause of the issue and are working on the fix with our upstream provider.
- a fix has been deployed by upstream provider and we are seeing order sync catch back up. We are monitoring progress of the sync.
- We are continuing to monitor this issue today. There are some manual checks being done with our upstream provider to confirm orders sync
